Dear Mr. Kempne
The enclosures with your letter of January
5, in connection with the above, have been approved
Sy Mr. , K. Phillips and returned herewith as re-
quested, We really should have the copy of contract
here so that Mr. Phillips will be able to check the
machinery when he goes to Dallas to pick it up, for
it is very likely this will be done rather than having
it shipped to Plantersville hy rail and suggest you
send this contract to us in the near Puture, as this
is the only copy we will receive from the Continental
people.
In addition to the materials listed in the
contract, you'll need a V-Belt drive for the motor
and also additional length for the Counter shaft, but
cost for these additional items will be very nominal.
We are enclosing herewith our invoices,
as follows:

We trust you will find these charges in
order and payment - your convenience will be appreciated,
We have not yet made a ci'ge for 14r. PhillipsU' time,
having in mind that he still has a good deal of: work

you regarding the steel building which you have ordered
