set by A. A Troutman for a chicken
thief, last night, killed Rufus Baker,
one of Trout man's neighbors. Trout-
man is charged with murder.
A breechloading shot gun was ar-
ranged so that an attempt to enter
the door of the Vhicken house would
fire the gun.
Baker, it Is alleged, was searching
for a flock of hla own chickens.
