The Bonhi Glee Club presented
a program of Easter music at 3
o’clock Thursday 'in the high
school auditorium. Following the
cantata which was under the
direction of Miss Mary Alice Prit-
chett, the students were dismissed
for the Easter holidays.
Ray Peeler returneu home
Wednesday from a Sherman hos-
pital where he has been for sev-
eral weeks. His many friends
will be glad to know that he is
greatly improved.

Miss Imogene Holland was hon-
oree*at a shower given b^ the wo-
men of the Church of Christ in the
Church Annex on Tuesday eve-
ning.
A mock wedding, was the fea-
ture of the evening, with Mrs. W.
F. Eagleton as the < bride; ,. Mrs.
Stanley Norwood, the groom; Mrs.
John C. Miller, the preacher; Mrs.
Henry Pemberton, the mother;
Brother Jack King, ir'jngbearer;
Mrs. Horace Hulsey, attendant;
and Mrs. Annie Williams, the
flower girl.
Wedding music| was provided
by a girls chorus, who sang
“Feudin’ Fussin’ and Fightin’ ” be-
fore the ceremony. “We Were Only
Fooling” was sung at the conclu-
sion.
Approximately sixty guests 'at-
tended. Assorted cakes and punch
and coffee were served. i
