are paid for

For the first time in its history
Tri-County EMS has all three of
its ambulance paid for EMS has
been able to do this with a grant
from the Moody Foundation of
Galveston and an additional
grant from the Coastal Bend
Foundation.
EMS credits efforts by J.M. Att-
away for this accomplishment.
Attaway has taken over dues of
the treasurer At an election of
officers held Jan. 22, Dr. C.H.
Lewis was elected president of
the board; Vic Medina, vice pres-
ident; Attaway, treasurer; and
Pat Cunningham, secretary.
Donations were acknowledged
from Wesley Foley family, Fred-
rick Gentry, and Frank Gentry.
Cindy Turner, EMT, is a new
employee of EMS. She is original-
ly from Ingleside and returned
from Cuero to join the medical
team. Harry Clark and Floyd
Clark have finished paramedics
training.
