MR. AND MRS. BILLY TIGUE
Boulanger, Tigue wed
Miss Shelly L. Boulanger and Billy Tigue were united in
marriage Saturday, April 28, with Rev. Dee Blasingame offi-
ciating.
The bride is the daughter of Ms. Shirley Boulanger and Richard
Boulanger, both of Ingleside. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Tom Crowder of Aransas Pass.
The wedding ceremony was held in a garden setting at the
Highland Avenue home of the groom’s parents.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Matron of honor
was her sister, Mrs. Lory Fuller. Flower girls were Jennifer
Crowder and Brittany Spiegelhoff. Serving the groom as beat
man was James Fuller.
Following a wedding trip to New Braunfels, the oouple is at
home in Aransas Pass. The bride and groom are graduates of
Ingleside High School. The bride is attending Del Mar College and
is employed at the Wal-Mart Pharmacy. The groom is employed
with Local 185 Pipefitters Union, Corpus Christi.

Silver Haired Legislature
candidates schedule talks
Norris Rider and William (Bill)
Kennedy, candidates for Silver
Haired Legislature will speak at a
luncheon of the Aransas Pass
Chapter of the American Associa-
tion of Retired Persons Wednes-
day, May 16.
Rider of Beeville and Kennedy
of Woodsboro seek to represent
the counties of Aransas, Bee, Live
Oak, McMullen and San Patricio
when the special Legislature
meets in Austin in September.
The election will he held at the
Senior Citizens Center, 250 S.
13th, Aransas Pass, from 9 a.m. to
3 p.m. May 22. All registered vo-
ters age 60 and over are eligible to
vote.
The covered dish lucheon to
meet the candidates will begin
promptly at 11:30 a.m. at the
senior center. All seniors are in-
vited to participate.

for Parenting Coalition of the
Commodities to
be distributed
Commodity distribution will
be held Wednesday and Thurs-
day, May 16 and 17, at the Senior
Citizens Center.
Wednesday distribution will be
from 1-6 p.m. and Thursday from
7 a.m. to 10 a.m. To be distributed
are butter, grean beans, flour,
beans, pork, and peanut butter.
Texas Agricultural Extension
Service and the Regional Educa-
tion Service Center.
The workshop will be at Sacred
Heart-Catholic Church parish
hall, 906 E. Sinton, in Sinton at
8:30 a.m. The fee is 05 which
includes lunch.
Speakers include Diana Vil-
lareal and Sigifredo Huerta of
Texas A&I University discussing
helping children with homework,
Norma Dean of Charter Hospital
on stress management, Ann
Dunn of the Nueces County
Health Department on AIDS in
children, and Pam Faulkner of
the Regional Education Service
Center on parent to parent.

ticipate is asked to pre-register by
calling the County Extension

training at Lackland Air Force Base. Taft is the son of ALBA M.
TAFT of Corpus Christi and WILLIAM V. TAFT of Ingleside. He
is a 1988 graduate of Mary Carroll High School, Corpus Christi.

scienoe degree in aviation maintenance at the National Educa-
tion Center/Spartan School of Aeronautics, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Reis is the son of CHARLIE and CECILIA CAMPBELL of
Ingleside.

DAVID R. FENNER, son of GLENN and PAT FENNER of
Ingleside, has been named to the Dean’s List for the fall 1989
semester at Texas Lutheran Collge. Those named to the Dean’s
List were recognized at the college’s annual Honors Program
April 28.
