This recipe for Buffalo Chips (don't let the name
scare you) comes from Carol Manning Carol brought
these cookies to the office.recently and they were
delicious She used an ice cream scooper to drop the
cookie mix on the cookie sheet. This gives you an idea
of the size of each cookie- very large, about the size
of a Buffalo chip!
