NEIGHBORS LIKE GOOD SAMARITAN
A Good Samaritan in
Sacramento, Calif., has been
thanked by the neighbors he
has so often helped.
Kenneth Tonnemacher, a
loan appraiser, has helped his
neighbors solve their
problems for years. He even
took a course in auto
mechanics to learn how to
repair neighbors’ cars.
“You name it, and he’s done
it,” said Mrs. Ian Stoddart, a
neighbor.
To thank Tonnemacher, Mr.
and Mrs. Stoddart gave him
and his wife a surprise party.
It was attended by 54
persons. Tonnemacher was
presented a pneumatic lift to
help with the car repairs.
Not Many
“Ben,” the teacher asked,
“how many make a million? ”
“Not many,” Ben replied.
