& Taylor Machinery Co. Incorporated,

line of survey 13 and 1281 vrs pass South
line of survey No. 11, at 1900 vrs place
of beginning, containing 640 acres of
land, of which 208.51 acres Is out of
survey No. 11, 421.41 is out of survey
No. 12, and 10.08 is out of survey No. 13
levied on as the property of G. C. Burks
to satisfy a judgment amounting to
$1303.27 in favor of Aultman & Taylor
Machinery Co. and costs of suit.
