16 TAC §103.2
The Texas Motor Vehicle Board of the Texas Department of Transportation
withdraws from consideration proposed new §103.2, concerning Service-Only
Facility, which appeared in the November 14, 2003, issue of the
Texas Register
(28 TexReg 10010). Section 103.2 is withdrawn and simultaneously
republished with changes in response to public comment regarding the original
version of §103.2.
