The Advisory Commission on State Emergency Communications
(ACSEC) has withdrawn from consideration for permanent adoption proposed new
§251.11, which appeared in the June 4, 1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg 4113). The new section is being reproposed
elsewhere in this issue of the
Texas Register
.
This agency hereby certifies that the adoption has been reviewed
by legal counsel and found to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
