The Texas Motor Vehicle Board of the Texas Department of Transportation
has withdrawn from consideration for permanent adoption proposed new §103.10,
Brokering, which appeared in the August 20, 1999, issue of the
Texas Register
(24 TexReg 6419) and simultaneously republishes proposed
new §103.10, Brokering, New Motor Vehicles and §103.11, Brokering,
Used Motor Vehicles, for consideration at its February 3, 2000, meeting.
