1-3 cup boiling water
1-4 tsp. onion juice
1-4 cup olive oil
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vinegar
1-8 tsp pepper.
Beat yolks until white, gradually
add oil and cube dissolved in boil-
ing water. Place in double boiler
and eook until egg6 thicken, stir-
ring constantly. Remove from the
beat, add onion juice, pepper and
vinegar. Mix well. This sauce is
served hot or cold on meat or fish.
