VIEW RURAL HIGH SCHOOL
DISTRICT NO. 5:
Notice is hereby given that
the Trustees of Valley View Ru-
ral High School District No. 5
have determined to lease for oil,
gas and mineral purposes the
following described land be-
longing to such District:
Being eight (8) acres of land
in Cottle County, Texas, out of
South one-half (S 1/2) of Sec-
tion Number Two (2) D. & W.
Railway Company, Certificate
No. 16/G, Patent No. 106, Vol.
34, Abstract No. 1491, and meted
and bounded as follows: Begin-
ning at a point in the North
line of said South half of Sec-
tion No. 2, aforesaid, which
point is nine varas West of its
Northeast corner; Thence South
parallel. with the East line of
said South one-half of said Sec-
tion 278.78 varas; Thence West
parallel with the North line 162
varas; Thence North parallel
