Court of Van Zandt County, to be
holden at the Court House thereof, in
Canton, Texas, on the 1st Monday in
September A. D. 1981, the same being
the 7th day of September A. D., 1931,

That Mrs. Lula Stewart and R. A.
Enas were lawfully, married in Van
Zandt County, Texas, on th$ 15th day
of October, 1891, and continued to live
together as husband and wife until
February, 1920; and during that time
they acquired title t<> the above tract
or parcel of land, and same was con-
veyed by the grantors to R. A. Enas,
then the husband of the plaintiff, Mrs.
Lula Stewart^ and being a part of
their homestead, consisting of less
than 200 acres of land.
After acquiring title to the above
land plaintiff, Mrs. Lula Stewart and
defendant R. A. Enas, lived upon same
as their homestead until February
1920, at which time they were sep-
arated hr.d were divorced, on or about
the 16th day of August A. D. 1924,
and both plaintiff, Lula Stewart, and
defendant R. A. Enas, have each alnce
^narried.
Plaintiff, Mrs. Lula Stewart, then
Mrs. Lula Enas, and defendant R. A.
Enas, went upon said tract of land In
the year 1915, and lived upon same
as thair homestead, until the date of
