been in the Veterans Hospital
in Dallas having a cancer
removed from his face aittd
neck, Mrs. Thomas needs an
operation and at present this
family has no income at all of
any kind, there have been
applications, but assistance
comes slow when the need is
now, look into your heart and

Fund of Lapier Govan Thomas,
Sr. at the Red River National

is Petitioner and Robert Stokes
is Respondent. A brief
statement of the nature of this
suit is as follows, to wit: This is
a suit for divorce in which
Petitioner asks for custody of
the minor children; support for
such children; waiver of the
prohibition against re-marriage
as is more fully shown by
Plaintiffs Petition on file in this
suit.
If this citatiofl is not served
within ninety days after the
date of its issuaivce, it shall be
returned unserved.
The officer executing this
process shall promptly execute
the same according to law, and
