Marce Perdue preached both ser-
vices during the holidays at his home
church Leon Prairie.
Edmond Early preached at East
Cisco Baptist Church twice Christmas
Eve. He assisted In the ordination of
Rev. Huron Polnac at DeLeon the
same day.
Melwood Avenue Baptist Church
had two additions by baptism Sun-
day and one by letter. The church
had a watch service Sunday night fol-
lowing the evening service.
Alvin Johnson preached at Llano
last Sunday. Early this week he was
called to the pastorate of the church
at Whon.
Many students will be out in the
work of training schools next week in
the Gonzales and San Antonio Association.
Emma Belle Scott class '2S visited
relatives and friends here during the
Christmas holidays She is teaching

Hoot Masut and his wife visited
in Brow nwood last week Hoot got his
degree last summer and Is now coach
