tion suite. In the dining room
pink roses provided the floral
note. The lace laid bride’s table
was centered with the two-tiered
bride's cake which was embossed
with flowers and mounted with s
immature bridal couple. Gleaming
tapers in crystal holders furnished
a soft light for the scene. Crystal
service was u*ed at the refresh-
ment board where punch; cake and
canapes were served. Mrs. John

the punch bowl.

—Curtis Arnold. 60, sentenced
to life imprisonment as an
habitual Tens convict, today
was free on a writ of habeas
corpus because one of his of-
fenses was punishable by
death.
Arnold's writ wa* obtained
when it wa* found that he
previously was convicted of
robbery with firearms, a rap-
iUl offense, and on a federal
narcotics charge. Texas law
provides life imprisonment for
those convicted of a felony
when they have two previous
felony convictions of "less
than capital offenses."

in the cinema city. He saw Allen

eral other star* perform before the
camera.
Billy went the southern route
by way of Laredo end El Paso
He said by the time he reached
El Paso they were half way to
Hollywood.
