1 tup celery eat fine
1 cup canned salmon
1 <mp dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon grated onion
J-t teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon paprika
1-4 cup mayonnaise
fat for deep frying
Parboil celery for 10 mtnutes in
unsatted boiling water. Drain. Re-
move skin and bones from salmon.
Mix celery, salmon, 1-4 cup bread
crumtw, seasonings and mayon-
naise. Form into cutlets. Roll in
remaining bread crumbs. Deep
fry. When cuttets are golden brown
drain on absorbent paper.

Clean 2 slices of halibut and cut
in filets. Seaaqn with salt and pep-
per and brush with lemon juice. Ar-
range on a tin plate covered with
cheesecloth and fold over filets
with final! shimpa and pour white
sauee over all and sprinkle with
grated cheese. ,

1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flew

Make white sauce by melting bat-

Blend well- Add milk slowly, stir

drained. Shape like chops. Fry in
deep hot fft until nicely browned.
Sene with peas and boiled pota-
