Jacket tons optimistic
"I hope they do their best. If
they do their best they will win"

There are a lot of on-lookers
and students awaiting the
arrival of the 78 football season.
With the first game just around
the corner we took a poll on the
attitude of the students and this
is what we got.
"It looks promising and it
looks like we will have a strong
defensive team." - Paul
Grizzle.
"I feel a great deal of op-
timism toward this coming
season. And whether we win or
lose you can rest assured that I
am in full support of our team."
-Jeff Ogle.
"I'm excited and I think that
this year will be better if
everyone gets in there and does
their part." - Donna Bruton.
"I fell that we are going to
have a lot better season. And I
think we have a lot of good

to the season with a good at-
titude we ought to have a good
season." -Cindy Taylor.
"I hope that we really have a
good year and I know that the
football players have a lot of
talent and hope that we win all

"I think we're going to have a

"I'm excited about this
season I think it will be a lot bet-

"It looks challenging. I hope
they have improved from last y

These were just some of the
comments made about the 78
season. Everyone seems op-
timistic but we will have to
wait and see if the pieces of the
puzzle fall into place.
"I feel we've got a good team.
I think we're going to win and
go all the way. I'm behind them
and I've always been.

"I feel the defensive team has
come a long way and they
looked very strong and alert at
the scrimmage."
