Recommendation 3.2, Modified - Apply the standard Sunset across-the-board requirement for the
board to develop a policy regarding negotiated rulemaking and alternative dispute resolution. Also
apply the newly updated Sunset across-the-board recommendation on board member training (ATB 5),
with an additional requirement for the Pharmacy Board to post a copy of each board member's signed
acknowledgement sheet verifying receipt of the agency's training manual on the agency's website.
Recommendation 3.3, Adopted - The board should develop and implement a succession plan to
prepare for impending retirements. (Management action - nonstatutory)
