Dorothy Collins, the pert and
pretty vocalist of television’s
“Your Hit Parade”, who pos-
sesses one of the most delight-
ful singing voices and an
equally wonderful smiling face
in the entertainment world,
joined her superb talents with
that of Robert Sampson, ac-
complished stage, screen and
TV star at the Fiesta Dinner
Playhouse, 1270 North Loop
1604 East, San Antonio, last
Friday for the first night of a
current engagement.
The Friday night affair was
observed as the “FIRST” anni-
versary celebration of the
Fiesta Playhouse with many
representatives of state-wide
media people, radio, television,
magazines, newspapers,
periodicals, having been in-
vited to join a full-house of
theatre admirers which filled
the well arranged Playhouse to
capacity. A delicious buffet
dinner preceded the play.
The three act play, “I Do, I
Do,” is a marvelous musical
with the music by Harvey Sch-
midt and the book and lyrics by
