Mrs. Claude Barnes entertain-
ed Monday night at the recrea-
tion hall with a party fionorlng
her son, Leon, who is president
of the Senior class of the Halletts-
ville high school. The seniors and
members of the faculty were
guests. Miss Rosalee Godbey/Miss
Grace buds and Mrs. L. A. Mc-
Daniel directed folk dances, “mu-
sical chairs,” and other games.
The Senior colors, red and white,
were \ped in decorating. There
were two bouquets of red roses
on the refreshment table flank-
ing the punch bowl, around which
white roses were placed. U. S.
flags were given for favors. Re-
freshments consisted oi sand-
wiches, cookies, angel food cake,
candy and punch. Mrs. E. T. Neu-
haus assisted Mrs. Barnes in en-
tertaining.
