The 14 foreclosure no-
tices filed in Llano County
dunng September 2010 were
scattered across the county ,
with eight related to real es-
tate in Horseshoe Bay includ-
ing an unimproved lot in
Escondido and another in
Lago Escondido, a home in
The Trails, and two condo-
miniums This is the second
fewest number of foreclosure
filings in a single month in
Llario County over the past
two years
Forty-five foreclosure iid-
ticcs were filed in Burnet
County for the October 5.
2010 trustees' sale date,
down slightly from 50 no-
tices filed for the October
2009 sale date The notices
covered properties across the
coanty. with four relating to
property in Horseshoe Bay
and one in Cottonwood
