LONDON’S DOG CEMETERY
It is not generally known that in
London, England, there exists an ex-
ceedingly pretty cemetery devoted
principally to man's beat friend—the
faithful dog. Near the Victoria gate.
Hyde Park, stands the gate keeper’s
lodge, attached to which there is a
poor Zoe. Born Oct. 1, 1178. Died
Aug. 13, 1882. As deeply mourned as
ever dog was mourned, for friendship
rare by her adorned.”
The oldest and, therefore one of the
first stones to be erected is dated
1882. “Love's tribute to Love. Dear

It would lighten half my pain.”

who represents Hawaii In the next
house of representatives, is the first
royal person to enter the congress of
the United States. Already there is
much speculation as to Just how he
wlll be addressed. He is called it
home "Prince Cupid." Those who
want to avoid such familiarity desig-
nate him as Prince Kunlo, which is
correct. Some may insist on “Mr.
Kalauiauole," but the name Is so long
and so Intricate In vowels that It Is
feared few who are not acquainted
with the Kanaka language will care
to try it.
