Food Committee-
(Continued from Page 3)
rolls are served only twice a
week.
The committee reported that
McM and H-SU had an adequate
selection on all foods. At ACC
there is a limited selection of
salads and desserts and at AS
there is a limited selection of food
and no selection of desserts.
The committee listed the taste
in all four of the cafeterias as
"satisfactory." H-SU and AS
have bus boys to collect dirty
trays. H-SU's cafeteria is quiet
while ACC's is very noisy but
McMurry is the only school of
the four surveyed that has music
during meals.
As a result of the survey the
committee listed these recom-
mendations for the improvement
of the McMurry cafeteria: a char-
coal broiler a salad dressing dis-
penser a conveyer belt for trays
new curtains and student worker
uniforms.
