Sykora of St. Mary’s and the
singing of the TeDeum. Large
numbers of people were in at-
tendance at all the services
and the Altar Rail was filled
by numerous communicants at
every Mass. Rev. A. Mathis,
Rector, Sacred Heart Parish
was ably assisted by the Rev.
Fathers, L. P. Netardus, F.
Neubert, C. J. Benes, Godfrey
Kuratko, D. A. Sykora and
Rev. H. Beine Redemptorist
Father from San Antonio. The
weather was ideal and the pa-
rishioners for miles around
took the advantage of the
opportunity and at every ser-
vice filled the large and com-
modious Church even overflow-
ing into the yard. The piety
and devotion displayed by
the people in attendance not
only at the services, but
throughout th? day w-as most
edifying and praiseworthy.
The large crow-ds forcibly de-
monstrated the necessity of a
large and more commodious
Church building for Sacred
Heart Parish. It is hoped that
at no distant date- the wish of
Rev. A. Mathis and his parish-
ioners w-ill be realized and the
long desired larger Sacred
Heart Church building will be
erected to accommodate the
rapidly, growing parish. ,

them for a while but they will
find out sooner or later. It has
been our motto fer the pa3t 7
years not to misrepresent facts
to the public and we must be
on the right road, as we have
