Football Opens Intramural Season
Intramural football will kick off
another exciting Intramural Sports
season on the Reservation with
entries being taken from August 28
through Sept. 11.
Play begins for the football sea-
son on Sept. 16.

now is the time to flic your appllca-
tlon for graduation and to get final
signatures on your degree plan
Several minimum academic re-
quircments are listed below that
students should be aware of before
their senior year. Please read them
and If you have any questions con-
tact your academic advisor or the
Registrar.
MINIMUM HOURS--A minimum of
1 26 semester hours is required for
a bachelor's degree. Some degrees
require more than 126 hours.
ADVANCED WORK--A minimum
of 40 semester hours of 3000 or
4000 level courses must be com-
pleted. At least I8inthemajorand
six in the minor must be advanced
TRANSFER WORKNo more tlian
66 hours transferred from a Junior
college will be credited toward a
degree at McMuny. Once a stu-
dent has completed 66 hours he
may not count any further junior
college courses toward a degree.
DEGREE PLAN-Each student
should have a degree plan pre-
pared by the Registrar after com
Clubs Independent teams and
individuals arc encouraged to sign
up for the sport or sports of their
choice. Any questions about the
Intramural program should be ad-
dressed to the Athletic Department
in Hunt Physical Education Center.

hours of work on the McMurry
campus are required. All candi-
dates for degrees must do their last
12 hours In regular class work on
the campus Correspondence work
Is not permitted during the last
semester.
Students must be enrolled In six
or more semester hours to be elig-
ible to participate.
