Sheriff Wayne Hitt of Sinton
was in Odem Monday on of-
ficial business and greeting
friends.
Mr. and Mrs. William- E.
Woods have moved to Corpus
Christi after having made their
home in Bethel Estates in
Odem for the past two years.
He works as an interior
decorator and painter and he
and his wife decided to return
to Corpus Christi to make their
home because of the distance
he has to travel to and from his
work.
Mrs. Jim Edd Wallace of
Corpus Christi was an over-
night guest Tuesday in the
home of her late husband’s
aunts, Mrs. Ruth Smith and
Miss Opal Compton.
Mr. and Mrs. John
Whitehead and family visited
her aunt, Mrs. W. E. Page and
attended a boat show in San
Antonio Sunday.
