A Bexar County grand
jury has indicted a city
rag supplier on charges
of theft. Hussien Alt,
who has been providing
white janitorial rags to
the city under the name
H Si A Distributing
since October, was
named in an indictment
Tuesday for an alleged
offense that occurred
on Feb. 18 involving a
theft amounting to
more than $750 and
under $20,000. Police
reported the recovery
of 100 boxes of white
rags valued at $1,425
on that date after a man
allegedly tried to pay
for them with a banking
aciottni that had insuf
ficient funds

Bexar County.
The woman’s body
was badly decomposed
and medical examiners
said the woman had
been dead for four to
five weeks.
The woman's body
was found in a storage
shad near FM 1604 and
Highway 90 East.

between 18-25 years old
and had a short afro of
