evening as the opening night
crowd reacted to tire light
bedroom farce, “Shut Your Eyes
and Think of England,’’ directed
by Gordon Gallatin.
Fine performances were turn-
ed in by veterans and a first-.
time performer in this-delightful
British comedy;
Bill Traywick starred as Ar-
thur Pullen, a put-upon British
accountant. Traywick’s, stage
presence is reminiscent of Ben-
ny Hill,, the British comedian
whose antics are shown on late
night TV. Traywick hdd a good.
Jim Wadzinski gave his usual ’
fine performance as Rubenstein.
