Migs Selma Levy, bride-elect, was
honored Saturday at a luncheon
given by Mrs. Bernnrd Rosmnrin at
her home. The bridal theme of
green and white was denoted in the
home with roses and carnations clus-
tered with sprengari fern about the
rooms and the lace laid table held
as centerpiece a green Venetian crys-
tal bowl filled with white carnations.
Green crystalware appointed the
table, with silver compotes filled
with glace fruits and confections, al-
ternating with silver candlesticks in
which Were ivory tapers. A gift
marked the cover laid for Miss Levy.

A delightful purim program ’ was
presented by Adath Yeshurun Sun-
day School fast Sunday afternoon at
the Hebrew Institute., A one-act
play, chtitled “A Sick Purim,” prov-
ed very entertaihing and the- entire
cast deserves credit for their splen-
did performance. Players included
Zelda Lovitz, Libbic Lewis, Dorothy
and Fannie Rubenstein, Bertha Rog-
gen, Julius Kornblith, Ben Rothstein
