LIBRARY NEWS
Yea Verily ! the Della Mae
Baylor Public Library is the
beneficiary of a bona fide bonanza
of books to delight and enlighten
our younger patrons. Four of the
new editions are straight from
Jurassic Park and are titled
Deinonychus, Stegosaurus,
Tyrannosaurus. and Brachiosaurus.
There are also sixteen new
science books, several of which
include experiments for our young
science readers. Granted, the
Science Fairs have been concluded
in our local schools but it's never
to early to start searching for
next years project. Come on in
and browse through these new
books.
Although it may not be as
exciting as Dragons and Dungeons,
we do have a new volume, heavily
illustrated with pictures of forts
and castles. We guarantee it won't
sit on the coffee table for very
long.
We are also in receipt of three
additions to our reference
materials, from the Corpus
Christi Library. They include : The
1992 Corpus Christi City
Directory. Professional Careers
Source Book and Brewer's
Dictionary of Phrase and Fable.
This is to remind you, as we
promised, we now have all the tax
return forms you could possibly
need for copying. So, get your
receipts together, read the
instructions on how to figure and
file your return, then stop by the
library and copy the forms you
will need for that BIG return.
