Lawrence Elmo Fallon
passed away on Saturday.
March 10. 1979 in Oklahoma
City. Oklahoma with a heart
attack. He was 59 years old.
... Elmo was the son of the
late James D. and Della
Fallon of the Center Point
community in Mills County.
He was preceded in death by
one sister, Mary Fallon
Brim, and three brothers.
Pat. Mark and Deward
Fallon.
Survivals include his wife,
Norris, and one son, Larry;
two grandchildren; S step-
grandchildren; two sisters.
Eva Higgins of Goldthwaite
and Julie Dee Allen of
Houston; one brother. Johnie
Fallon of Goldthwaite; and a
number of nieces and
nephews.
In 1943 he married Norris
Duncan of Madisonville.
Funeral services were con-
ducted on Tuesday, March
13, 1979 at 1:00 p.m. in the
Smith Kernke Funeral Chap-
el in Oklahoma City, with
Rev. Jerry Walker of the
Baptist Temple, officiating.
Mr. Fallon was a Baptist.
Interment, was ui Sunny Lane
Cemetery in Oklahoma City.
Elmo was drafted into the
Army in 1942. after his
training here in Texas, he
was shipped overseas. He
was in the Medical Corps and
served two and one-half
years in I.B.C. Theatre of
war and was discharged in
1946.
He worked for a Grocery
Firm for a number of years in
Mena. Ark., but his health
broke and he and his wife
moved to Oklahoma City
“about two and one-half years
ago, when he retired. Their
son lived near them.

tation and Training program
for its staff of employee*,
from the Teass Department
of Health. •
Fern Rajnoch. Administra-
tor of the 60-bed long-term
care facility, announced
today that a Training Coordi
nator has been designated
and that orientation, job
specific, training and on
going in-service training of
personnel starts on March
22. 1979. "Each employer
who has any contact with
residents of the facility is
enrolled In the training
classes. This Includes nurse*
aides, diejary personnel,
•oriel service staff, mainie
nance and laundry employ
ees." she said.
The designated coordi
nator for training the staff is
Glenda Arnold of Marble
Falls, who holds the required
degree or license and aspen
ence to qualify as instructor
A total of 30 personnel of the
various day and night shifts
•t the facility are receiving
the training.

Independent School Districts, Saturday,
April 7, 1979 being the first Saturday
