Hill Country Cattlewomen News
Hill Country Cattlewomen Scholarship Chairman, Beth McNutt of
Mountain Home, is pleased to announce the four winners of the
1997 scholarship money made available by the hard work of the
Cattlewomen. Each recipent will receive $1,000.00 to be
deposited in their account at the college they are attending. To
qualify for a scholarship te student had to be a college level junior
or above, maintain a grade point of 3.0, studying an agricultural
related major and have a background in beef.
Winners are Shannon L. Jones of Alpine and attending Sul Ross
University.

Early registration will be from 8
a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Aug.
4, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday, Aug. 5-8.
