Supplementing my letter of yesterday, quoted below
is letter just received from Taylor Oil and Gas Co.,
McAllen, dated December 14:
"I have your letter of December 11, 1953, reGardin  the
Su' arland Industries properties, being Lease No. C-2102,
Starr County, Texas.
I wish to advise you that plans are in the process of being
made for the sale of Gas from this well, but it is impossible
to say how lone it will be before these plans become effective.
We have no further plans in the immediate future for this lease.
I trust that this answers your questions.   Please advise if you
should need further information."
If we do not hear further from these people within a
reasonable time, I will trace them again and let you know what
we develop. As I interpret the lease, they have 90 days in
which to either commence selling the gas or pay us   1,000.00,
which will carry the lease for one year.
