fect Sept. 5 are the numerous la-
bor-regulating measures for
which the session became famous.
These Include the act to ban clos-
ed shop union contracts; to pro-
hibit strikes by public employes;
against sabotage of utilities’
against mass picketing; second-
ary boycotts and the check-off
of union wages or dues without
written consent of the worker.
Thera are also the acts to make
unions responsible for breach of
contract and subject to terms of
the state anti-trust laws—both
penal and civil.
