Teachers met Sunday, June 4,
In the American Legion Hall in
Goldthwalte for their second re-
union.
A short business meeting was
held before the noon hour, and
after the noon hour, the crowd
was rejoined by singing "Amer-
ica.” Glynn Collier presented
the welcome and the secretary
gave a report and read two let-
ters from families giving their
regrets that they could not be
present. Thf letters were from
Mrs Lorene (Denman) Gross-
arth from The Dallas, Oregon
and Mrs. Adaline (Coffey) Nel-
slar of Fort 8mith, Arkansas, a
former teacher.
The Midway Ex-Students and
Teachers voted to meet again In
June 1969
The Hill Family furnished
music in the afternoon to the
following people present:
Melvin Armstrong, Perryton;
Hauty Doggett and Mr .and Mrs.
W. C. Koen and Kermit, all of
Mr. Benny Ingraham and dau-
ghters. In San Jose. Mrs. Ingra-
ham escorted Mrs. Sanderson on
a sight-seeing tour of San Fran-
cisco.
She also visited a life-long
friend, Mrs. Loralne Calx way
Neill, of Fresno. Another cousin.
Miss Pamela Hart of Los An-
