North Main Street at 12:23
a.m. Friday. While intox-
icated the woman became
argumentative and ag-
gressive to her boyfriend,
who decided to drive to
the Baytown police station
for help. After she began
kicking and screaming, she
retrieved a metal fork and
stabbed him in the right
eyebrow.
Burglary
• A burglary of habita-
tion was reported in the
600 block of Peggy Ave-
nue at 2:33 p.m, Friday.
Computer hardware, jew-
elry and a TV were report-
ed stolen valued at $3,800.
One man was arrested and
an investigation continues
to locate two others in-
volved.
• A burglary of a build-
ing occurred in the 10
block of East Cleveland
Street at 7 p.m. Friday.

• A theft of a motor vehi-
cle was reported stolen in
the 3100 block of Decker
Drive at 11:18 p.m. Thurs-
day. A green 2003 Honda
Pilot was reported stolen
valued at $5,000.
• A theft from a motor
vehicle occurred in the
7200 block of Eastpoint
Boulevard at 7:18 a.m.
Friday. A wheel and tire
off of a black Chevrolet
was reported stolen, which
was valued at $550.
• A theft of a motor ve-
hicle was reported in the
4700 block of Black Stone
Street at 8:42 a.m. Friday.
A 2003 silver with black
trim Dodge Durango was
reported stolen, which is
valued at $9,000.
•Criminal mischief
was reported in the 3700
block of Trailwood Drive
at 12:11 p.m. Friday.
Baytown woman reported
$200 worth of damage to a
parked vehicle.
• A burglary of a motor
vehicle occurred in the
5100 block of IH-10 at
12:21 p.m. Friday. Clothes
were reported stolen val-
ued at $100.
• Criminal mischief was
reported in the 1700 block
of James Bowie Drive at
12:27 p.m. Friday. A rear
driver side tire was slashed
on a sports utility vehicle,
which was valued at $ 110.
Arrests
• A white female was ar-
rested in the 1700 block of
West Texas Avenue at 2:21
p.m. Thursday for driving
under the influence follow-
ing a traffic accident.
• A black male led po-
lice on a foot pursuit in the
800 block of Northwood
at 9:12 p.m. Thursday and
was caught and charged for
felony possession of a con-
trolled substance.
• A black male was ar-
rested in the 1200 block
of Missouri Street at 2:56
a.m. Friday for discharging
his firearm and for public
intoxication.
• A white male was ar-
rested at North Main Street
and East Texas Avenue at
3:50 p.m. Friday for failing
to maintain finical respon-
sibility on his vehicle after
being stopped for a traffic
offense.
• Two white males were
arrested in the 1600 block
of Garth Road at 11:37
p.m. Friday for public in-
toxication and discharging
a firearm.
Theft
• A theft occurred in
the in the 4400 block of
Garth Road at 4:10 p.m.
on Thursday. A man was
arrested for stealing con-
sumable goods valued at
$8.
• A theft was reported in
the 4900 block of Garth
Road at 4:08 p.m. Thurs-
day. Consumable goods
valued at $73 were report-
ed stolen.
• A theft was reported
in the 1200 block of East
Baker Road at 9:15 p.m.
Thursday. Clothes were
reported stolen valued at
$86.
• A theft was reported in
the 1500 block of Nolan
Road at 10:38 a.m. Fri-
day. A Baytown woman
reported $7.04 was stolen
from her but was later re-
imbursed.
37 offenses
Between Friday and Sat-
urday mornings, Baytown
police officers wrote 37
offense reports and inves-
tigated incidents that in-
cluded three assaults, three
auto thefts, four burglaries,
two burglaries of a motor
vehicles, two criminal mis-
chiefs, one forgery, two
thefts, 14 other arrests and
seven miscellaneous cases.
During that time period,
Baytown police also inves-
tigated five vehicle acci-
dents.
