Co. has received permission
from the City of Baytown to
move part of the esplanade on
Ward Road to provide better
access to the service center un-
der construction there, Jack
Morton, city engineer, said
Tuesday.
Two curb'openings were left
when the city improved Ward

I was improved, no plans for the

so that the openings In the curb
and esplanade could be located
in the right places.
The new opening and the
change' in Hie esplinade are
being financed by the power
company, Morton ..said, and
will make for better traffic
