city of Waxahachie Texas on the
first Tuesday in December. li)10.
which is the sixth day of said month
lor the purpose of electing one alder-
man in Ward One to fill
the vacancy caused by the resigna-
tion of J. S. Campbell.
Ward No. 1 embraces all that
part of the city of Waxahachie
which lies and is situated south of
Main street. The election In said ward
will be held in what is known as the
"Old Wyatt Office" on East Main
street and J. F. Wyatt will be the
presiding officer of said voting box.
Ward No. 2 embraces all that
part of the cit.v of Waxahachie
which lies and is situated north of
Main street and east of Washington
College and Brown streets. The elec-
tion In ward No. 2 will be held at M.
|T. Knight's sewing machine office on
the east side of College street and J.
M. Harwell will be the presiding of-
ficer at said voting box.
Word No. 3 embraces all that part
of tbe city of Waxahachie which lies
and is situated north of Main street
and West of Washington College
and Brown streets. The election In
Ward No. S will be held at the city
hall on Main street and W. J. F.
Ross will be the presiding officer at
said voting box.
