Last Sunday was very unfav-
orable, bnt we had tub hundred
in Sunday school and a splen-
did congregation at the morn-
ing hour. Had no preaching ser-
vice at the evening hour, and
it is well enough that we did
not. After taking dinner in the
home of Dr. Campbell, and sup-
per in the home of E. B. Ander

We played two very interest-
ing ball games with Lake Mer-
ritt on our own court last Fri-
day. It seems that fate was un-
willing for either school to be
complete victors. Our boys lost
with s score of 5 to 12, while
our girls won easily with the
score of 21 to 1.
