Uaiveston. June 15.—Private Pet-
ter Moneitto of the 99th coast ar-
tillery was found dead in a pile of
staves on the water front this morn-
ing. There were no signs of violence
and It is supposed that the soldier
killed himself. He had been missing
nine days.

announce their arrival by the blow-
ing of bugles This suggestion has
been made to the postoffice depart-
ment by a citizen of New Hampshire

morning at Hamlettsburg 111. op-

known no one was injured although

ternational arbitral ion court in trie
Chamizal zone rase involving seven
million dollars worth of property in
lit southern part of El Paso today
rendered a compromise decision.
The court gives part of the land in
dispute to Mexico and part to El
Paso. It is understood that both
Mexico and the I'nited States will
dissent from the decision.
The decision suggests that the di-
viding line be the channel of the
river as run in 1884. It does not
say where that channel is. and it is
probable that the relocation of this
channel will he impossible
