EXTRA INCHES and pounds are health hazards, signals to
start reducing now. Remember, in almost every case over-
weight is due to overeating. So diet can do the job.
Before you start dieting, be sure to consult your doctor. Then
do what he tells you, especially about eating the protective
foods that supply proteins, vitamins, minerals.
He will likely prescribe supplementary vitamins, also, to
insure good nutrition. When he does, rely on our Pharmacist
for “just what the Doctor ordered”.
