The hearing on the truck line applications in which we have
an interest was held at Oklahoma Jity on January 12 and 13
before Joint board Number 16.
The Railroad commission of Texas was represented by their
examiner honorable I. P. Danforth who impressed me as being
fully experienced in such matters, well qualified and capable
of making a recommendation cased upon the facts gleaned in
the hearing. In my opinion you should thank Commissioner
Culberson for their interest and participation.
We never attempt to prejudge however in my opinion we did
make a good case and should know in the near future what
the recommendation of the Commission shall be.
