His Broad Post-War
Program To Congress
WASHINGTON. July 30—(UP)—President Roosevelt an-
nounced tfcday that he will send to Congress a broad program
for post-war demobilization, including on* provision for pay-
ment of three months' compensation to members of the armec
forces whep they are discharged.
The program, announced by the President at his press axu
radio conference, was worked out by a committee appointee
last year to plan for post-war readjustment of dviliiui «
military personnel.
The President said he thoroughly approved of the objec-
