George Huber and the unknown heirs
of. Geroge Huber and the unknown
heirs of the unknoWn heirs of George
Huber and Francilla G. Huber wife
of George Huber and fhe unknown

4th. Plaintiff avers that he and
:hose whose estate he has and holds,
have ha-d peaceable, continuous and
adverse possession of the lands des-
cribed, cultivating, using and enjoy-
ing the same and paying ail taxes due
thereon, claiming same under deed and
deeds duly registered, for a period of
shore than five years before the com-
mencement of this suit.
Plaintiff avers that he and those
-whose estate he claims have had apd
leid peaceably, the lands above de-
scribed, and adverse possession of tnt
same, cultivating, using and enjoying

sion thereof, to his damage in the

value of said premises i$ One, Hun-
