has heretofore, by resolution, ordered
the Improvement of XVest Uvalde

improving same was let to the Lone
Stur Construction Company, upon
Specifications and other procedure du-

WHEREAS, said Improvements are
generally described as follows, to-wit:
Such street, or public place, or part
thereof, above mentioned, shall lie
brought to such grade as may be re-
quired, and where satisfactory stone
or concrete curbing grue to line is not
found, concrete curbing shall be con-
structed, all as may he determined and
directed by the Engineer of the City,
in accordance with the plans and spec-
ifications heretofore adopted by this
Commission; where uecessury, storm
sewers shall be constructed in accord-
ance with the plans nnd specifications
heretofore adopted by this Commis-
sion : and, except as may be otherwise
specified, such street or public place
shall lie paved to be thirty
