proponing an amendment to the
Constitution of the State of Texas
providing for a Supreme Court of
nine members, and for continuous
session of that Court.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
LEGISLATURE OK THE STATE
OK TEXAS:
Section l. That Sections 2 and
3 of Article 5 of the Constitution
of the State of Texas he amended
so as to hereafter read us follows:
“Article 5. Section 2. The Su-
preme Court shall consist of a
Chief Justice and eight Associate
Justices, any five of whom shall
