Did you Really
Save
Anything?
There is always something to take the joy out of life.
Recently there have been numerous grocery peddlers
calling on the citizens of Ozona, and they have made sev
eral sales, taking the trade that belongs to the home
merchant.
Some have made the statement that our Baking Pow-
ders and other groceries were not healthy, but that
theirs was about what the Doctor ordered.
They will sell you off brand goods that you never heard
of before; pay for it in advance and take chances on get
ting the goods if you can.
Loyalty is next door to charity, and it is said that char-
ity begins at home.
Let everybody trade at home and build up the commun-
ity in which we live and let the peddler go somewhere
else.
