Deborah Elizabeth Young of Mid-
land and Mirick Trammell Cox of
Lubbock exchanged wedding vows
;/ at the First Presbyterian Church,
‘Midland, at 7 p.m. on Saturday,
June 11,1994. Dr. Jerry Hilton per-
formed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dr.
and Mrs. Bernard T. Young of San
• Angelo. Parents of the groom are Mr.
and Mrs. Paul T. Cox of Fort Worth.
Michaelle Foshee of Midland was
maid of honor, and Jennifer Painter
of Midland was the bridesmaid.
Greg Mendenhall of Abernathy
was best man. Alex Cox of Dallas,
brother of the groom, was grooms-
man. Alyssa Lewis of San Angelo
was flower girl, and Austin
Mendenhall of Abernathy was ring
bearer.
Ushers were Greg Cox of
Weatherford, the groom’s brother,
and Todd Lewis of San Angelo.
Following the ceremony, a recep-
tion was hosted by the newly-
weds.The rehearsal dinner was given
by Paul and Billie June Terry Cox.
After a wedding trip to Sandals
Resort in St.Lucia, the couple will be
at home in Midland.
The bride attended Angelo State
University, earning a bachelor of sci-
ence in elementary education in 1986
and a master's degree in educational
supervision in 1992. She is a second-
grade teacher in the Midland Inde-
pendent School District.
The groom attended Texas Tech
University, earning a bachelor of sci-
ence in petroleum engineering in
1985 and a master's degree in com-
puter science in 1988. He is a petro-
leum engineer with Mobil Explora-
tion and Producing U.S., Inc. He is
the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Ray Morgan and the nephew of Mrs.
Katherine Russ, all of Weatherford.
DAN AND MICKEY PATTON of Weatherford proudly an-
nounce the engagement and approaching marriage of their
daughter, Dina Rae Patton and Danny Paul Gibson, both of
Weatherford. The groom-elect is the son of Wanda Gibson of
Fort Worth and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Gibson of Poolville. The
wedding is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25,1994, at North
Side Baptist Church in Weatherford.
MR. AND MRS. ETSEL WINFREY of Weatherford are pleased
to announce the engagement of her daughter, Sandra
Koopman of Weatherford, and James Crawford, formerly of
Georgetown S.C. His mother is Ruth Buris of Shulerville,
S.C., and his father is James Crawford of Orlando, Fla. The
wedding is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, June 18,1994, in
Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. They will reside in
Weatherford.

Candace Gaye Clinton of
Weatherford and James Edward
Sullivan, Jr., of Arlington were mar-
ried at four o'clock in the afternoon
on Saturday, June 4, 1994, at St.
Botolph Inn in Weatherford. The
double-ring ceremony was officiated
by Dr. Carl Clinton, uncle of the
bride.
The bride is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Dale Clinton of
Weatherford. The groom is the son
of Karen Jetton of Arlington and
James Edward Sullivan of Coconut
Grove,Florida.
Cristal Dawn Clinton, sister of
the bride, served as maid of honor.
Best man was Tim Sullivan, brother
of the groom. Justin Sullivan, son of
the groom, served as ring bearer.

The bride was escorted by her fa-
ther. Music during the ceremony
and at the garden reception was
provided by harpist Sydney Howell
of Fort Worth.
The bride is a graduate of Texas
Christian University with a degree
in public relations/advertising. She
is a member of Delta Gamma soror-
ity. Candace is employed by Union
Pacific Resources in Fort Worth as a
communication specialist.
The groom is a graduate of the
University of Texas at Arlington
with a degree in accounting. He is a
staff auditor with Wallace, Sanders
& Company in Dallas.
Following a honeymoon in-Colo-
rado, the couple will be at home in
Euless.
James and Jan May observe
25th wedding anniversary
James and Jan May were united
in marriage 25 years ago, on June
.14,1969, at the North Side Baptist
Church, 910 North Main Street,
Weatherford, Texas.
James is a graduate of TCU and
attended Southwestern Baptist
Theological Seminary in Fort Worth.
He is employed by Citizens National
Bank as a loan officer. He is the son
of C.J. May of Weatherford and the
late Francine May and the grand-
son of J.L. Atchison, also of
Weatherford.
Jan attended Wayland Baptist
College in Plainview and graduated
from Career Academy Dental School
in Houston. She currently is a pre-
school teacher. Jan is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. W.Z. Florence of
Littlefield.
James and Jan are active mem-
bers of the North Side Baptist
Church.
They will celebrate their silver
anniversary with a dinner at the
Balcony in Fort Worth and a family
party hosted at their home by their
two children, Jeremy and Julie May.
JACQUELYN HATCHER of Waxahachie and Mark Springer
of Weatherford proudly announce their engagement and
marriage plans. She is the daughter of Mary Lucas of
Waxahachie and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Hatcher of Fort Worth.
The groom-elect’s parents are Drew and Pat Springer of
Weatherford. Plans call for a 6:30 p.m. wedding Saturday,
June 25, 1994, at the St. Christopher Episcopal Church in
Fort Worth.
